TS Gas central heating and boiler cover provides an annual cover for your home plumbing and maintenance. The service options include a comprehensive heating package and a heating and plumbing service for complete peace of mind. No matter what the level of package you will be assured of the TS Gas commitment that includes labour, breakdown, repairs* and the inclusion of an annual gas appliance service. Our Gas Safe engineers will carry out the works included in your cover with labour and parts included in the annual price.
Blue cover plan
From only £19 per month
or £209 per year (12 months for the price of 11)
This full central heating system cover is for the heating system only. This also covers you for an annual boler service.
This cover includes:

- Hot Water Cylinder
- Header Tank
- Heating Controls, thermostats, programmers & main valves
- Pipework, Radiators and mixing valves
- Heat Exchanger – subject to survey
- Call Outs
- All repairs and labour up to the value of £1,500
This cover excludes:
- Boiler replacement and repairs
- Designer towel rails and radiators
- Blockages caused by sludge
- Frozen Pipework
- Underfloor heating
- Cosmetic or 3rd party damage
Orange cover plan
From only £22 per month
or £242 per year (12 months for the price of 11)
This full central heating system and general plumbing cover is for your heating system and general plumbing only. This also covers you for an annual boler service.
This cover includes:

- Cold Water Tanks and pipework
- Repairs to Taps
- Toilet Cisterns
- Leaking or seized stop cocks
- Header Tank
- Heating Controls, thermostats, programmers & main valves
- Pipework, Radiators and Mixing Valves
- Pipework, Radiators and Mixing Valves
- Heat Exchanger – subject to survey
- Call Outs
- All repairs and labour up to the value of £1,500
This cover excludes:

All Cover Plans are subject to survey and our terms and conditions.
A landlord’s gas safety certificate (CP12) can be added to the cover plan f or and additional fee.
In the unlikely event we are not able to cover your heating system then we will advise you of any remedial works that can be carried out prior to accepting your system. We will be happy to quote for these works.
