Landlord gas safety

TS Gas provides gas safety inspections direct in the home or on behalf of estate agents across Berkshire and Hampshire. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and will visit your home and check all gas appliances, providing you with peace of mind and certification.

Current legislation dictates that Landlords and letting agencies are required on an annual basis to inspect their tenants homes and ensure the safety of gas appliances.

Landlord gas safety certificates

All landlords are obligated to furnish tenants with safe and well-maintained gas appliances. This legal requirement necessitates obtaining a new Landlords Gas Safety Inspection Certificate CP12 every 12 months.

Our engineers, being Gas Safe Registered and abreast of the latest safety regulations, are equipped to carry out thorough safety inspections. These inspections ascertain that all gas appliances and installations are operating within acceptable parameters at the time of assessment, thereby enabling the issuance of the requisite safety inspection certificate.

Over the years Tom and his team at T.S Gas have helped us to completely refurbish our house, including fitting a new gas hob, new boiler and most recently a complete bathroom refurbishment including a new high-pressure hot water cylinder. The team are friendly, dedicated and work late where required to get the job done. When there is the inevitable minor issue they always resolve it quickly. We're very pleased with our new bathroom which was done to a very high quality of finish.
